Iverson's designs push the boundaries of the typical female silhouette and the usual textile pairings. However, her designs still remain flattering and balanced. Iverson commonly finds inspiration for her designs from frightening images or concepts, in order to highlight the contrast between beauty and fear. The details that she incorporates into her designs and illustrations are subtle yet are an essential component to convey emotion and visual interest.

Iverson is a dedicated and passionate student studying Apparel and Textile Design at Michigan State University. Alongside her education in fashion, she has been minoring in Italian for the past four years. Recently, Alexandra has been accepted into an MFA program at Savannah College of Art and Design where she will be studying Luxury and Fashion Management.
